The dealer will handle the NFA (National Firearms Act) tax stamp. Tax stamps are free for all silencers as of 2026.

The Dealer will help prepare your Form 4, including:
Your personal info (or trust info)
Suppressor serial number and details
Fingerprints and photo (many dealers do this in-house now)
Submitting the form electronically (eForms)

You can always check the current ATF wait times on our site. You’ll be notified by ATF via email when you’re approved, and your new suppressor is ready for pickup.

THEY:
Hold the suppressor while ATF reviews your application
Get the approval back from ATF
Log it out to you legally once approved|Dealer will notify you once it is done.

You cannot take it home until they say it’s approved.
