Texas Machine Parts (TMP) offers a conditional lifetime warranty on TMP Suppressors against defects or breakage from normal, intended use. At our discretion,

TMP will repair or replace the product. Products that are modified, abused, misused, or neglected are not covered; however, repairs may be available at the customer’s expense.

TMP offers no other express or implied warranties. Damage caused by operator error, host weapons, ammunition, or any non-covered circumstance is excluded. Such misuse may cause serious injury or death. TMP does not accept liability for these risks.

To submit a claim, email with:

• Product in hand
• Photo ID
• Copy of Form 3 or Form 4
  
  Important:
• Do not ship a suppressor without first completing the claim form and receiving an RMA number.
• Include the approved BATF form and a printed copy of the completed RMA form in your shipment.

  RMA Abandonment & Destruction
  Suppressors left with the Company for one year or more may be destroyed after notice to ATF. By submitting a suppressor for repair, the customer accepts responsibility for its return. Once abandonment occurs, the Company holds no further liability.
